I like a flower, Ajisai,-hydrangeas, very much. So I grow them and take care by myself in my small garden.
This flowers look very nice especially in a rainy day and they are at their best in June（the rainy season） in the Kanto area.
There are various kinds of hydrangeas and their flower’s sizes differ one from the other and they often grow up to the size of a man’s head.
Once you touch softly by both hands from outer side you feel a resilient power coming from the inside of the flower, which is like feeling of a touch on a soft ball of tennis.
Also, their variety of colors give us so enjoyable time.


The 16th Satte Ajisai Festival / Hydrangeas Festival, is going to be held from June 04th to July 03rd at Gongenndo-park, where we can enjoy 100 species and 16,000 rootstocks’ of hydrangeas.
Why don’t you visit Gongenndo -park to appreciate the hydrangeas and they are realy waiting for you with their large scale gorgeous flowers.

私は紫陽花がとても好きで自分の庭で育てています。
この花は雨の日にひときわ目立ちます。そして、関東地方では６月の雨（梅雨）のころに
最盛期を迎えます。

花の輪の大きさは一本いっぽんそれぞれに異なっていますが、大きいものになりますと大人の頭ほどになります。両手で包み込むように触れてみてください。ソフトボールのように、内側から弾力性のある力が伝わってきます。また、変化に富んだ花の色は私たちの目を楽しませてくれます。

第１６回幸手あじさい祭が、今年は６月４日から７月３日まで権現堂公園で開かれます。
そこでは、１００種類にも及ぶ１６，０００本の花を見ることができます。
